To make it a tad more realistic, I think you shoulf blend the shadows on his left cheek a little more. Otherwise, I think this is totally perfect! Really looks like him!

Awesome! I can't believe how quickly you transferred your drawing skills to the digital format. Way to go! My only minor artistic quibble is this:

Certain areas appaear to be in extremely good focus and are very defined, such as the eyes, hand, edge of the sleeve, etc. But other areas are blurry that look like they should be in focus. The biggest offenders, to me, are those white braids. Since they are close to us in the visual plane, and in the same visual area as the very well defined darker parts of his hair, it stands to reason that the braids should be defined as well. The necklaces and the fur on his jacket doesn't bother me so much because it is further back in space and would be slightly blurred. Consider a camera as you work: as a general rule, objects toward the center of the composition/focus and at comfortable distance will be the best defined, while the objects furthest away, extremely close, and towards the edges of the composition will be less defined.
